Payment

All payments must be made in Australia dollars only. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Overseas delegates must make payment by an international bank cheque if not paying by credit card.

Registration Acknowledgment

Registrations will be acknowledged via email or facsimile within 7-10 working days of receipt of registration and payment.

Concession Registration Eligibility and Group Bookings

Concessions are only available to pensioners and full time students. A photocopy of documentation (eg. pensioners card or student card and confirmation of full time status) must accompany the completed registration form. Group booking discounts apply to groups of five or more individuals from the same organisation and are available on inquiry.

Registration Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received before 1 June 2011, will result in a full refund less a $50 administration fee. No refund will be available after 1 June 2011, however registration may be transferred to another person, provided that written requests are received by the secretariat no later than 1 June 2011 with full details of the replacement person.

Travel and Accommodation Bookings

Air travel bookings can be made directly through the conference website. Sightseeing Tours of Adelaide and environs are listed on the conference website. A list of accommodation options is provided on the website. Delegates must make their own accommodation bookings.
